At Verox, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on all watches. If your product has a color issue or a mechanical (machine) fault, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind (if product is used)
